July Theme: Vegetables

Did you know, “cucumbers are scientifically classified as fruits”? “…Because they have a sour-bitter flavor, however, they tend to be seen as vegetables, being prepared and eaten as such,” (found here).
So, I guess my theme is inaccurate. Oh well, not the first time! :)

Cucumbers are one of my favorites…nothing like a sliced cucumber w/ vinegar for lunch! Yours are looking good, looks like you will have tons of them!
